Using the “RASMA” screw presses oils by the cold method are obtained – without preliminary baking of the raw materials: sunflower, walnut, almond, sesame, peanut, pumpkin seed, apricot kernel, rapeseed, linseed, pepper seed, mustard, etc. These presses are distinguished by the fact that they don’t require preliminary processing of the seed (like shelling, milling or baking). The oils of the following raw materials are approved for nutrition purposes by the Ministry of Public Health: sunflower seed, sesame, almond, pumpkin seed, peanut, walnut and apricot kernel oils obtained by the cold method. These oils are not refined and keep their specific taste and smell of the respective raw material. The temperature of the oil at the machine outlet is below 50o thanks to which vitamins in the oils are preserved. It is especially important for the Vitamin “E”-group, which is a natural preservative preventing the oil from oxidizing or going rancid. The approved warranty period of the oils is 6 months but in practice it is 1 year. We offer three machines of 50, 150 and 300 kg/hrs capacity respectively.
